Dr. Arnold M. Rosen entered private practice in 1990
when he joined Rockford Gastroenterology Associates, Ltd. Dr. Rosen is
President of Rockford Gastroenterology Associates, Ltd., co-director of the
Rockford Endoscopy Center and also serves as the chairman of its quality
assessment committee. He is a clinical assistant professor of medicine at
the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford.
Dr. Rosen earned his medical degree from Albany
Medical College of Union University in Albany, New York. He completed his
internship and residency in internal medicine at Virginia Mason Medical
Center, Seattle, Washington and completed his fellowship in
gastroenterology/ hepatology at the Veterans Administration Medical Center
and Georgetown University Medical Center, Washington, D.C., where he was
awarded the Paul R. Wilner Prize for Georgetown University’s Outstanding
Fellow. Dr. Rosen is board certified in both internal medicine and
gastroenterology. He is on the active staff at OSF Saint Anthony Medical
Center and SwedishAmerican Hospital where he has served on several
committees as well as the Board of Directors, Managed Care Service
Organization, SwedishAmerican Health System.
Dr. Rosen is a Fellow of the American College of
Physicians, and a member of the American Society for Gastrointestinal
Endoscopy, American College of Gastroenterology, American
Gastroenterological Association, and the American Medical Association. |
